Our Story

A decade of devotion to flavor, craft, and quiet luxury.

Aurelia began as a corner café with a single espresso machine and an ambitious idea — that hospitality could feel like coming home, and that every plate could be a small piece of art. Today our kitchen, bar, and roastery share one principle: nothing leaves the pass without intention.

We work with a network of local farmers, fishermen, and growers — building menus around what's at its peak, never the other way around.
